Gems FS-10798 Series [61205] Flow Switch Brass Lead Wires for Oil

The Gems FS-10798 series externally adjustable flow switches are ideal for protecting machine tools from coolant flow failure, for protecting bearings from loss of lubricant or to assure proper air flow. Offering an unlimited number of flow settings at pressures up to 1000 psig, the FS-10798 series has low pressure drop and precise repeatability.

The FS-10798 is available with brass or stainless steel construction. The adjusting vane is easily field adjustable using an ordinary flat-bladed screwdriver. The adjustment is set-screw-locked for tamper-free operation after field calibration. The units include 1/2" NPT ports. Electrical termination can be either 24" polymeric leads (18 AWG) or a 1/2" NPT conduit connector.

Both gas and liquid versions of the FS-10798 are available. Water or oil flow units should not be utilized for air/gas applications. The gas flow configuration utilizes a special dash-pot piston for reliability. Flow ranges will vary with the density of the gas. Please contact us for more information.
