Seaward PrimeTest 250+ [403A910] PAT Tester

Primetest 250 Plus is a battery powered and downloadable PAT tester with testing capabilities that fully satisfied the latest edition of the IEE Code of Practice. 

Like its PT250 predessesor the Primetest 250+ is small, compact and battery powered and now also has a datalogging facility that allows the user to store and download up to 999 PAT test results in a CSV format or into the datalogging software supplied. Alternatively the data can also be downloaded into Seawards PATGuard 3 software package for creating professional PAT reports and certificates. Test results are saved by the press of a button and are downloaded onto a PC using a standard USB lead.  All test results are time and date stamped for traceability purposes.

The Seaward Primetest 250 Plus not only carries out Earth Continuity and Insulation tests but also mains powered tests such as Earth Leakage, Protective Conductive Current and RCD Trip Time testing using the supplied mains lead. This means that the tester complies fully to any testing requirements detailed within the IEE Code of Practice while remaining small and portable.

The Primetest 250+ is furthermore one of the very few PAT testers on the market that can run mains operated tests on 3-Phase appliances using optional Seaward TPA 3-Phase Adaptors.

The Primetest 250+ works in conjunction with the Seaward Test n’ Tag Pro printer. It connects to the tester via a serial cable and prints a 52 x 25mm PAT label at the end of the test sequence thus speeding up your testing procedure.

The Seaward Primetest 250+ requires no set up and is ready to use straight out of the box.

Various kits and bundles are available with this tester, offering you great savings on the Test n’ Tag Pro printer, software and other accessories.

Please note that the tester will not provide a facility to enter appliance information into the tester against the PAT results. This would need to be done after downloading within the software package where the PAT results are downloaded into.
